Lambo Entertainment collects only the information needed to review and respond to professional, publishing, theatrical and licensing inquiries.
What is collected
The inquiry form may collect your name, email address, company or project, professional role, country, intended use, selected work and any details you choose to provide. A professional-access application also stores the verified email identity supplied through Sign in with ChatGPT. For an owner-issued passwordless invitation, the site stores the email entered by the owner and the associated access dates.
How it is used
Submitted information is used to assess the request, contact you about it, protect private review materials and maintain an internal record of the conversation. It is not sold.
Storage and retention
Inquiry records are stored in the site's protected database and retained only as long as reasonably needed for the request, business records, security or legal obligations.
Public previews and external platforms
Music previews and outbound listening links may be supplied by third-party platforms. Their own privacy policies apply after you follow an external link.
First-party listening analytics
The site records a limited set of first-party events so the team can understand which previews, playlists, daily First Listens and provider links are useful. Those events may include preview or First Listen start and completion, sharing a featured song, adding a track to a mix, opening a full track on Apple Music and submitting an inquiry. The event record can also include the public track and playlist identifiers, a broad visitor context such as fan or industry, and an optional team or referral code.
Private full-song listening
For approved professionals and directly invited listeners, full-track starts, completions and session-shortlist actions are associated with the listener's access grant. This identified activity is used to administer secure access, understand professional interest and protect private review materials. It does not grant usage rights.
Privacy safeguards
Anonymous public listening uses a short-lived random browser session identifier that is converted to a one-way hash before storage. Passwordless access uses an essential, secure browser cookie; only a one-way hash of its random session token is stored. Public analytics do not store the browser's raw session identifier, IP address, user agent, referrer, page URL, email address or inquiry form content. The site honors browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for anonymous public analytics and does not send those events when either is enabled. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are installed. The hosting service may still process technical request and security logs needed to operate and protect the site.
